The first batch of Contentsquare certified students.

Contentsquare, the leading Experience Analytics platform, and KEDGE Business School are announcing their partnership to give students the opportunity to learn about the Contentsquare platform. The first class of students from the Master of Science MSc Digital Marketing & Sales program were certified in March 2022 at the end of the training. The partnership will be redistributed to KEDGE’s MSc Digital Marketing & Sales in future editions. Contentsquare was one of the first French Tech unicorns to set up a partnership proving mastery of its own platform, with the goal of giving students one of the most sought after skills certificates to get into the job. market.

A first class certified in 2022

Convinced that learning by doing the best prepares students for the challenges they will face as managers, Contentsquare and KEDGE organized the first training session as part of their recent partnership. The 54 students of the 2021/2022 MSc Digital Marketing & Sales promotion thus benefited from a certification program aimed at training them on the Contentsquare digital experience analysis platform as well as discovering the challenges of companies in terms of digital experience. The first promotion is certified at the end of March 2022 at the end of the 12-hour course module.
By establishing this partnership, Contentsquare became the first French Tech unicorn to establish a proving partnership with a business school around its solution, offering support to students from others ’ t other professionals from its ecosystem. The program will be renewed next year within the MSc Digital Marketing & Sales, and eventually in other Masters of Science programs.

An ambition: the student’s ability to work

As a result of a common training perspective, the merger of KEDGE and Contentsquare aims to give these talents the skills to master both the challenges of companies in terms of user experience (UX) as well as the technologies with ability to help them achieve their goals.
Contentsquare certification is therefore based on practice, especially the discovery of an existing solution, relevant for companies in all sectors in France and around the world to improve the quality of the experience offered to users. To be enjoyable, the experience must combine technological performance, accessibility and alignment with the company’s commitment to impact, CSR, etc.
By training open talents in these skills, Contentsquare and KEDGE are also actively combating the talent shortage prevalent in Tech. As such, this program contributes to strengthening the ability to work of certified students within private companies using digital solutions, consulting firms and Contentsquare teams.

Scope of partnership

Firmly committed to training, the program began with an introduction and demonstration of the Contentsquare platform, followed by a certification phase. Once accustomed to the use of technology, students participated in a workshop session to analyze and formalize the audit to be conducted. Contentsquare experts presented them with the case of using the Piaget brand, while the Chief Revenue Officer of the Homair brand came to share his expertise.
The third session, in which participants presented the studies, was punctuated by a closing ceremony in the presence of Anil Benard-Dende, Deputy Managing Director of KEDGE Business School, Nicolas Buttafoghi, Academic Director of MSc Digital Marketing & Sales at KEDGE, Ziad Nakad, Senior VP Customer Success EMEA at Contentsquare, and Philippe Omer-Decugis, VP Sales Western Europe at Contentsquare.

As Ziad Nakad, Senior VP Customer Success EMEA at Contentsquare, pointed out,“The lack of qualified talent in the Tech sector is a real challenge that we all must face, whether we are solution publishers like us, user companies, educational or training organizations. We all need to get. from ensuring high levels of skills for our employees in the future. Finally, both the private and public sectors will benefit, not forgetting users, consumers or citizens that the digital experience can still be greatly improved ”.

Anil Benard-Dende, Deputy Managing Director of KEDGE Business School added: “This partnership is beneficial in two ways; first of all, students make a concrete business case by giving their feedback directly to the company associated with the project: this is fully in line with KEDGE’s pedagogy “Learning to do, succeeding by doing “. Then, it brings key and diversity of skills to our students who are in the labor market tomorrow ”.
