Upon reporting to the product manager, our future pantry coordinator will have the mandate to build business relationships with suppliers and participate in finding new local products, in addition to maintaining and increasing Pantry performance.

Concrete, here are the key responsibilities you will assume :
- Develop exclusive products in partnership with suppliers
- Build and maintain good business relationships with various Cook it suppliers.
- Test the products to meet the quality standards of this cook as well as multiple operational requirements (packaging, storage conditions, shelf life, iteration, etc.).
- Ensure ongoing monitoring of suppliers
- Negotiate prices with suppliers to respect the company’s margin objectives and market prices
- Do regular follow-up with the procurement team
- Coordinate the creation of visuals with the design team
- Conduct product launches and write product descriptions for marketing (FR/EN)
- Ensure compliance with the deadlines of the various integrations
- Monitor the performance of the product categories assigned to it and suggest recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure regular monitoring of the food market and proposal of improvements in line with current trends.
The profile we are looking for :
- Have a university degree in communication, marketing, project management or product development, or its equivalent;
- Have one to two years experience in a similar or work -related position;
- Have a good sense of design;
- Have a good sense of priorities, organization, and planning
- Have good analytical skills in finding solutions;
- Good knowledge of food market and trends
- Have a great team spirit;
- Possess excellent writing and communication skills, in both French and English;
