We are looking for a talent acquisition enthusiast to complete a recruitment team. Reporting to the Director of Talents and Culture, the person who will play this important role will actively work with all Cook it teams.

This position is central to all of Cook’s new talent acquisition initiatives.

Basic tasks

  • Develop strategies for attracting and retaining top talent in a variety of fields, with an intercultural dimension;
  • Together with his team, oversee the complete staffing process;
  • Mobilize and manage a talent acquisition team comprised of coordinators and junior recruiters full of strength;
  • In collaboration with Cook’s marketing and general management team it, participates in the creation and implementation of a strong and unique employer brand, to find, attract and retain the best talent;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of staffing processes by proposing original innovations, tools and processes that embody Cook’s uniqueness as an exceptional employer;
  • Work with HR leaders and other Cook it teams to promote the company to potential candidates;
  • Participate in the management of Cook’s LinkedIn account;
  • For some higher positions, organize and participate in job interviews and selection of candidates, with a focus on cultural “fit” and a desire to “take risks” with favorite candidates (this also applies to you, in by the way);
  • Work with all departments to plan Cook this unusual talent requirement.

Requirements

  • University degree in human resources, industrial relations, business administration or equivalent work experience in human resources or recruitment;
  • Have 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience;
  • Knowledge and interest in technology, video games, web development and startups;
  • Bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written;
  • Knowledge of Google APIs, an asset;
  • Knowledge of Zoho, Folks, Voilà and other HRIS is an asset.
